In this presentation, we will delve into the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence and its implications on copyright law. We will start by briefly exploring the rise of AI in the public consciousness and the current AI landscape. From there, we will discuss the application of copyright law to AI-generated content, covering important legal considerations and challenges. The majority of the session will focus on practical steps to take from a copyright perspective when dealing with AI-generated content and on rights issues related to AI-generated content.
